Sorry I missed your post! I checked your Account and found that you actually have 2 concurrent activations of your Little Reader, and this is why you are getting the "License key already exists" error message.

We also mentioned last time that we gave all old LR users (i.e., those who have been using LR for more than one year) a new license key that's compatible with LR 2.0. Kindly check your Account Management page for your new key -- note that you need to upgrade to LR 2.0 to be able to use this new key, as we have deactivated your old LR key.

You may access your LR 2.0 installer, content files, and new license key in the Purchases tab of your Account Management page: http://www.brillkids.com/user/#purchases/littlereader

In the meantime we've cleared up your LR activation records for you to ensure that all your activation slots are clean.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried to un-install and re-install the LR and license key again. But I am still having the same error message. It was exactly the same steps taken before I wrote the message to you. I have also tried to delete both activation but to no avail. 

Please let me know what can i do to help you to debug the problem.

help...i downloaded the free trial of little reader but i'm unable to access it when i go to account management page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@rowey: Can you kindly clarify what you meant by "i'm unable to access it when i go to account management page"?
Do you mean you can't find the download page for the trial, or did you find that page but can't see the download button/link? Please send us a screenshot, if possible, so we can troubleshoot further.

In case you can't find where you can get the trial from your Account page, here's the direct link: http://www.brillkids.com/user/#purchases
* In your Account's "Purchases" tab, just click on the "Little Reader" sub-menu and you'll find your software download there.

After downloading, just open the file and install LR, and once you open LR your free trial period is already provided for you (you don't need to download or type in any license key to use it)

the download doesnt work.  I am in the process of Purchasing the Chinese curriculum.  So I thought it might be sensible in purchasing the BETA 2 version.  But it doesnt seem to download at all.  What i get is this.  Please see the attachment.

The download is not going through at all. How can I make this work?

Hi Indidee,

Thanks for the screenshot! It  may be that this problem is caused by Internet Explorer. Perhaps you can try using a different browser (we recommend Firefox http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ ).

I'd like to clarify too that you don't need to buy LR again to get the new version because upgrades for both the software and content are always free.

Do try downloading again using another version, and let us know if you still have problems

I was seriously waiting for your response.  I realised the point of continuity of the packages (THANK YOU GUYS for that).  Coz I am still using LM - my daughter is way behind on it.  But I will purchase the Chinese pack for sure. I am waiting for a cut off date from my hubby dear   for our Credit card payments lolz... but hope to do it in the next 5 days (I went out and got the entire library of Little miss and Mr. Men and even Thomas and Friends and got into trouble with him lolz)

Hi there,

Ever since I upgraded to version 2 (LR) I have been having trouble with the slide shows. The transition of these slides are not proper...esp the voice part...for eg: the continent slide....the word slide shows AFRICA and when the sound comes its like 'AFR'....so its not complete. I tried changing the slide transition time but still no change.

Yes, the LR 2.0 beta is completely different (and quite old) compared to the latest version of Little Reader. Kindly try to download the whole thing again (Software AND content - just so you won't miss out on anything!)

Can you kindly elaborate on what kind of trouble you are experiencing while downloading? How are you download the software? Do you get an error message? If yes, what does it say?

I checked your account and found that your Little Reader software, content, and license key files are all there. In case your browser is pulling old website content from its cache, kindly try refreshing your cache by pressing CTRL + F5 and try checking your Account Management page again.
