Please try to use your coupon in their updated store page at http://www.monkisee.com/shop/ If you already tried the coupon in the new Monkisee store and it still didn't work, please contact the Monkisee team and ask for assistance. When you call/write to them, do mention your coupon and that you are a BrillKids member, and I'm sure they'll help you out right away.
