Memory Magic - Reviews please !

Dear BK Moms,  Would like to know your opinions on Memory Magic -super flash, silly story and follow the dot DVDs please .  Did this prove to be a good stimulator for a 2 year old kid ? , request your suggestion if we should opt for DVD or Apps (for some reason I not able to find the memory magic app ) .  Also, do we need any prep work before undergoing this exercise ?, Appreciate your comments

We loved them. Kids were aged 4,6,8 when we got them.
 The DVDs might be a little difficult for a 2 year old initially. They would just need support. The apps (which don't seem to be currently available) would be ideal to start with but alas....
Anyway at two getting the DVDs would make sense as they do have a ceiling and my kid at age 4 hit the ceiling pretty quickly. At least you would get more time with them before they were mastered.
We had to take the activities off the screen and print cards to make up silly stories 100 pictures long. My kids did this for fun making up their own stories.
Was it worth it? Well they all seem to have excellent memories. Eg each week for school they are required to learn a bible verse. I am not kidding when I say we read it once in he yet car on the way to school and they get it right every single week. Including the book and verse no. Some of these passages are a full paragraph long and frankly full of words we never use. But. More importantly they thought the games were all fun.
Follow the dot was hard for them until age 5 I have no idea why but I think it has a lot to do with their eyesight as two were given a long sighted diognosis, one got glasses the other we so far ahead academically I said no point. My youngest has some focus and tracking issues which could explain his struggle with this game also.

Thanks Mandabplus!! that's exactly what I was pondering on how the memory magic would work ! , I'm with you on taking this activity of memory magic off the screen and have the cards printed up for silly stories.

Wow to your Kiddos ! that's powerful memory on the versus   
Would goahead for the super flash then, and wait an year to pull up the 'follow the dot' dvd.
