Videos will not play in LR, LM!

This has been going on for a few weeks now and I can't take it anymore. I am unable to watch the videos in LR or LM and my child get very upset during lessons when this happens. Please let me know how to fix this problem!

I thought I'm the only one having issue with this. I also thought I just need to update my LR but haven't done yet so I don't know if it will work. What I do everytime we encounter this is I need to escape and play again. Hopefully we can have the solution. Many thanks!
