There are no media files

Приобрела базовую версию, отсутствуют медиа файлы, в том числе анимация видов инструментов. В промо версии были + видео-ролики из YouTube. Это преимущество только версии Pro? Тогда все равно не понятно, почему пустое поле (но со звуком) придемонтсрации инструментов.

Purchased the basic version, there are no media files, including animation of types of instruments. In promo(lite) versions were + videos from YouTube. Is this benefit only for Pro versions? However it isn't clear why there is the empty field (with a sound) while the demonstration of  instruments.

Hi Maria! Can you please clarify if you saw an error message specifically saying "missing media files?"

If you did see the "missing media files" error, please download your curriculum file from your account page (Account > Purchases > Little  Musician Curriculum & License Key).
