Please let us know if you are having problems registering an account, eg,. the registering page does not work for you, or you're not able to get our activation email.

For those who can't receive the activation email, firstly, please check your spam folder (or your deleted mail folder).  If you can't find it there or can't find these folders, please post here to let us know the email you registered with, and we will activate you manually from here.
(After that we will remove your email so it won't get harvested by spam bots!)

It looks like I HAVE signed in... I get the Welcome Brian T. message.  But when I go to download the infant stimulation cards, I get the warning message that I must be a registered user (which as far as I know, I am already).  How can I make the download work?

That's very strange. What browser and which version are you using? You can check it from visiting this page:

Do you have problems downloading any other files on other areas (eg., ppt files, Little Reader .cat files)?
