You can go to the institute's website and fill up a question form. It usually takes a couple of days to get an answer, but they do e-mail you back.
Just go to
www.iahp.org go to contact and then to the mother helpline tab.
For Dr. Titzer, I know some other people wanted to contact him, but the YBCR site is manage by a marketing company and not him, so if you send a question to them it wouldn't be him answering it. Someone here had his e-mail, but he hasn't been around the forum for a while and anyways I think he never gave it to someone else.
