What kind of schedule do you use with your baby?

This is a two part question. 

First, I am wondering how often everyone shows their kids the word cards & pictures.  Perhaps this has already been addressed, but I can't seem to find any reccomendations by brillbaby or other parents.

Secondly, I am also wondering how other parents organize their teaching throughout the day, and does anyone also schedule other things for their baby such as physical programs?

I think the hardest thing for me is to try to fit all of this into my day.

what I do:
Right now I am showing Tweedlewink lessons and math lessons once a day (right before bed). YBCR videos twice a day + the companion flash cards/sliding cards/books. Little Reader 3 categories + 1 math category 3 times a day and 2 family categories once per day. Encyclopedic knowledge flash cards 8 categories of 5 cards each 3 times a day. I also have other flash cards that I show every once in a while. It seems like a lot, but everything is really quick, and he loves it! He still has plenty of time for baby stuff, but I think he prefers looking at flash cards and videos over playing!

How to show LR
It mostly depends on your child's interest. They may be interested at any time of the day or may be more interested when they just wake up or before they go to sleep. They may want to see 3 categories, or they may want to see 8.
My son is interested pretty much any time of day. I normally show him 3 categories and one math spot category a day, 3 times a day. After I show the 4 categories, I wait until a little later in the day before showing them again. Every day I show new categories and retire the ones from the previous day to a "played" folder. I also show him "family" and "grandparents" once a day, normally with the first set.

I think you will find that everyone has very different ways of playing Little Reader. There isn't really a right or wrong way. It really just depends on your child. You will find out what works best after using the program for a while. Just remember to keep it fun!

I've been showing three playlists that I have of 5 words in each, 3 times daily.  I retire one old word from each playlist daily and bring in a new word.  This was working really well and she spots the new words right a way but now she seems to be getting bored.  I think I have to retire words faster and bring in new words faster.  She seems to be getting distracted much easier now and wants to play with the keyboard or something she sees on the desk.  I also tried the math dots on LR but she seems to not want to pay attention to the dots so I was thinking about printing out flashcards for those and sitting in a different room on the floor with her or something.  Anything to change it up a bit.

I have found that our local cable company has a freezone where they have baby programs.  Here they have a Brainybaby category that focuses on right brain videos.  They change them every so oftern also.  So I have been putting these on for her as well since we don't have the YBCR or Tweedlewink lessons.  (a little pricey for me right now)

This is what works for us:-

I show three playlists taking one out and bringing one in except for the family one which stays put.
I try to add another word to the family set each time - (we have lots of grandparents and relatives)
I do them as a wind down routine at bedtime because my grandchildren are at nursery during the day. Doing it one at a time means that each child individually gets their cuddle and story as well - then they accept  that its bedtime.
