| Important Notice: BrillKids office closed on holidays |

The BrillKids office will be closed for the Christmas and New Year holidays on December 25-26, 2017 and on January 1, 2018. (Please also note that we are normally closed on weekends.)
As some of our team members will be on leave during the holidays, there may be some delays in processing purchases and support requests:
- Support requests will be addressed within 3-4 working days.
- Box set orders placed from Dec. 22 to 26, 2017 and from Dec. 29, 2017 to Jan. 1, 2018 will be shipped out the following business day.
- All download-only orders (including downloadable files for box set orders) will STILL be available in your BrillKids Account as soon as you finish checking out at the BrillKids Shop.
We will resume regular support and shipping operations once our office re-opens on January 2, 2018 (Tuesday). If you bought box sets, we'll send you a delivery tracking email as soon as we send out your package.
