Hello from a Grandma

Hi,

Lola is the Filipino word for grandmother.  I come from the Philippines and am a grandma of a one year old baby girl.  Since my daughter's family stays with us during weekends, I want to teach my granddaughter whatever I can.  I enjoy playing and teaching her since yes, she is like a sponge.  I taught my two girls how to read and am interested in doing the same for my 'apo' (Filipino word for granddaughter). 

Can't wait to familiarize myself with the software so I can learn how to make the best use of little reader.

I just saw your thread looking for grandmas. I have a 2.5 grandson. My nick name ABUELA is the spanih word for grandma. Hope you are still there. If so, what is your experience with your apo?
