Hi everyone,
I am a mom of three...5 yr old son on the autism spectrum and 3 yr old twins. I am interested in teaching my son how to use an abacus since he is already completing simple addition and subtraction problems with the use of objects.
In addition, I have also been teaching our girls simple math up to five. It's amazing to me that they can add, but have problems identifying written numbers.
I want to provide all three of my children with the tools that are right for them to help them succeed while at the same time allowing them to enjoy their childhood.
