Hi there,

I downloaded LR Lite and clicked on the link in the confirmation email to receive my discount coupon to purchase LR Home Basic but the coupon has not been emailed to me yet.  I keep checking my email and my spam box and nothing is there.

Please email me the coupon asap as I want to buy LR Home Basic today.

I forgot to add that I did download LR Lite about about a month ago and the coupon ran out but I didn't download it for me, I did it for my sister on HER computer so she could try it out.  I may have done it on my username.  Could this be what is confusing things with me receiving my own coupon??

Yes, that's exactly the reason why our system can't send you another coupon - because we have already sent you a coupon when you downloaded LITE last January 26, 2009. 

Please refer to the PM I sent you, hopefully it will help clear things. smile
