It's really not possible to reinstall any old version once you have the latest version in your computer - unless you uninstall the one you have completely. In your case I wouldn't recommend uninstalling anything at this point to avoid losing the lessons you've downloaded from the library.
Kindly create a diagnostic report and send it to us directly from the Support Tools window or as an email attachment to support[at]brillkids[dot]com so we can look into the cause of the problem and find a solution for you.
