IMPORTANT: Notice for Little Reader 118 Users (Read before Upgrading!)

I managed to load the new LR a while back, but have been unable to download the new curriculum (any version of it) - from day 10 I cannot get the media files to work. I have read every post on this and cannot figure out how to get it to work and on top of that despite downloading some files from these forums a short while ago, I am totally unable to find any of the files to download again - perhaps I am just being silly or am overtired, but please can someone help!

The extra content packs are in your Account Management -> Software Systems -> Software and License Key.  You will find it under Step 3.

You can download them as 4 individual .cat files, or as 1 big .cat file.  Once download, you should see over 60 new Categories in your Categories list under the BK English Course and BK Pattern Phonics folders.

I'm also facing the same problem as Tanikit. I re-downloaded the content (All 4 parts) but still unable to play beyond Day 9.

Did you double-click them to import?  What do you see when you do that?

Please also make sure you upgrade to latest build.

Tanikit, seems like there was a server problem during the time you purchased LR all the way back then. Anyway, we've placed the key and content in your account now. Let us know if you don't see it.

I've been having problems with my laptop and lost all the LR files (data - I still have some of the media files) I previously downloaded. I'm trying to download again and was wondering if I will be charged the points that go with the files that I previously downloaded (these files now have points attached on the side)? Thanks...

I've been off the boards for awhile due to my pregnancy and just being exhausted at the end of the day!  WOW, WOW, WOW, I'm so excited to upgrade and check out all the new changes in LR/LM.   Thank you BrillKids for being so generous with your existing customers too.  I'm thrilled to get all the curriculum and other cools stuff (from what I understand).

Question I haven't read yet (although I'm sure already asked/answered somewhere).... Is there still a two computer max for the license?  We are considering a new computer and if there's still a limit, I'd want to delay my upgrade until we decide.

Thanks for letting me know!!  Congrats on all the hard work in getting out the new releases and such. I can't wait to try them.

I think I understood everything but one thing: with the old content that we have put in a save place, what do we do?, do we download them also? will they work? and at what moment: after downloading the curriculum content?
