The Spanish curriculum is based on the English curriculum, so yes, some of the words in the Spanish lessons will use the same pictures that were used in the English lessons.
However, there are some words or even entire categories (word groups) that are exclusive to the Spanish curriculum. For such cases those Spanish-only words would come with pictures and videos (if applicable) that do not appear in the English curriculum. A few examples of those Spanish-only words are paella, churros, tucán, oler and cantar.
