need help

hellow everyone
i once read that we can add a video file to LR from youtupe and according to the explenation that was there it was esey the only proplem is that i dont seem to remember where i read that and how to do it.
if you please be kind enough and direct me on adding a video from youtupe to the new categories that i make i would be so thankfill to your kindness.

The most important thing you need is a separate program that can download the videos from Youtube and save them as a file (.flv file).

Do a search for "Download youtube videos" and see what you come up with - I'm sure there'll be a lot, many for free.

Once downloaded, add them as videos in the video section of LR.

Me and my Hubby did exactly what u said !!!!!!! it didnt work
we have YOUTUBE downloader and we did the convert to (.flv) when we imported to LR it said invalid formate
what exactly you want us to do inorder for it to work.  tell me what i need plz

Can you try installing this:

also, what other options does your youtube downloader allow you to save the file as? Try saving it in another format, like mpg or swf.
