We will release LR v2 around October or November.
New features include:
- automated pointer
- option to show the word with the picture/video slides
- brand new new/edit word dialog box, separated into tabs: word slide, picture slide, video slide, and other
- drag/drop to add new media files
- 'Save as' feature to duplicate words (eg., for translation)
- Marking words as first or last slides so that they will always retain that position even if you set it to random order
- brand new interface, especially for Home screen, which will be dedicated for newbies and playing the courses
- Many added support tools to help troubleshooting problems
- performance improvement
We'll be releasing this for beta testing before then, so if you want to help us beta-test it, you'd be able to get hold of it even sooner. Please stay tuned for an announcement on this.
