Hi everyone!
I just wanted to share with you all how great I think this app is! I just downloaded it for my 19 month old daughter, and she absolutely loves it. She is flying through it. The app covers everything from counting, numbers, colors, shapes, letters, letter sounds, etc.
I like the fact that the questions regarding the letters ask about finding the letter that makes the ___ sound and finding upper case or lower case letters. Although my LO knows both upper case and lower case letters, I've never really named them upper case or lower case, but she figured it out with the game in a couple of tries through trial and error.
When you answer a question correctly, you get a green check. If you answer it incorrectly, it doesn't tell it tells you you are wrong. Instead, it tells you what you picked, and then asks you to find the letter, color, shape, etc that was originally asked. This is one of the things I really like about the app.
You earn stickers by getting 3 questions correct. What a genius idea! She loves the stickers!! Because it only takes three correct questions to get a sticker, it keeps her interest. She likes to keep playing so that she can pick another sticker.
As soon as she finishes with Teach Me Toddler, we will be getting the next level up.
Overall awesome app!
