Anyone has "sing to learn Chinese DVD" from wink to learn comment?

Hi!

Does anyone has "sing to learn Chinese DVD" from wink to learn? How is it? How is the format?

We don't have anybody who understands or speaks Chinese in our family. But I would like my baby (20 months old) to learn Mandarin Chinese.

Is it worth to get these together with "speak & read Chinese" from wink to learn in their bundled package?

Or do you recommend other Chinese songs in CDs or DVDs?

Hi,

I highly recommend purchasing the whole package from wink to learn-speak and read chinese and sing to learn chinese. They are the best chinese learning products I have come across. (I have bought quite a few.)  They use large chinese characters to teach. Similar to doman program they teach words then couplets to sentences. The pictures are clear and beautiful. Its worth every $$ with no regrets to this purchase.
My daughter particularly loves watching disc 6 as it has children pronouncing the words and always constantly asking to watch the 2 girls and baby reading. 

The sing to learn is also the best learning material I have. It has lots of catchy songs and songs with popular tunes to them. What I like most is that it teaches some of the words to each song before they are sung. Those words are displayed in large clear fomat. The chinese characters are highlighted as it is sung, similar to karaoke but these words are much larger and clearer.  My daughter loves watching it and so do I!    So much that I  have recently bought volume 2 and 3 as well!

Speaking about chinese, somebody has tried Little Pim chinese? I just bought the 3-dvds set....My toddler had watched once (yesterday) she didn't seem really interested, but I will keep trying ...we will see.

My daughter was the same, she wasnt interested to start with so she only gets to watch it once in a while until she got familar with Little Pim character and loves to watch it every day!

My daughter has been watching Little Pim for months and she has always done great with it. Once in a while she is "done" with the video before it is over, so I just stop it and leave it for later (usually is almost at the end). She watches it twice a week.

We just got the wink to learn set and she has been doing very good with the lessons. I think it helps they are short and she really pays attention even though there are some words she already knows. She is not too excited about the sign to learn DVD. She watches it for a couple of songs and she is done. I think mostly I'm going to use it as a background music (even though I'm not to excited about the singing  ).
