New Tweedlewink DVD out / cannot use Brillkids coupon

Can we use a Brillkids discount coupon during the sale period this weekend? I tried using one but a message pops up to say that I did not meet the minimum purchase?? There was no minimum purchase requirement on the discount coupon when I got it. I hope you read this post before the weekend is out because I would sure like to avail of the ongoing sale for TW 9.

I am sorry that brillkids coupon does not apply to this sale. We have extended this sales to DVD 7 and 8 to accommodate many requests from parents who missed the previous sales period. This is really a good purchase even without the extra coupon discount.

We are going to release various activity cards to play along with our DVD lessons to help children assimilate information absorbed from the DVD lessons. We are very excited for our target release at the end of November.

What you are buying is not just a single DVD product. TweedleWink is a system and curriculum and we are releasing it as fast we are able. There is a huge development go into everything we do, so please understand what we are trying to offer.

I hope this is not too disappointing to you, but I think it is fair that the coupon does not apply to special sales.

Wenni, even I had the same problem as aangeles. Now you have cleared our doubts. But I have spent my points to buy the coupon which is not used now. Can I use this discount coupon for a future purchase?

I am disappointed that I could not purchase tweedlewink/wink overview course along with other products. This is because I have to spend points for each of these courses as well. Would this be rectified?

The limitation is only on the special sales. We do allow using the coupon as long as the total purchase amount is greater than $75.

So if you want to order any course together with DVD9, that will be fine. :-)

Hi everyone. Tweedlewink volume 9 is out, and it is on sale this weekend. However, you cannot use the Brillkids coupon for it by itself since it is a special price. RBkids has set a minumum purchase amount of $75 for the coupon. We are sorry that the coupon does not specify that a minimum purchase is required. It will be updated as soon as someone is in the office on Monday. We're sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

The Trebellina coupon is the same way. There is a minimum purchase of $15, but the coupon does not state that anywhere until you try to use it and check out. I tried to buy 2 of their t-shirts on clearance and my final total was $14.90. Ten cents too little, I contacted Cristofori Baby Company about waiving the requirement of ten cents and no one ever got back to me. I have never been able to use the coupon. In the end I only bought one shirt because of it.

Somewhat off topic, but as long as BK is fixing the TW coupon on Monday, maybe they could fix the Trebellina one too.

We're working on fixing our Forum Shop page (also the coupon information sections) so it shows the details you'll need (minimum purchase amount required, etc.) -- it may not be done very soon, though 

Thanks to nhockaday, LilyAndOwensMom, and everyone else who have replied or posted elsewhere about the required minimum purchase information!

As Wennie mentioned, the coupons from our Forum Shop can't be used alongside the upcoming RBKids weekend sale. This doesn't mean you can't use your coupons next time, so just keep your coupons on hand!
