Wow!

Great review guys, I've now include this product on my wish list, and will check the partnership discounts that we have available.

We so need to let each other know about good products in the market, specially because we are trying to provide the best for our kids and sometimes get sucked into buying low quality products because they have spend more in their Marketing than in developing a quality product.

Bless you all for sharing, and LR for providing the channel.

thanks

Al last I could play Trebellina to my grandson and are a little dissappointed not because of the product which I consider very good but the thing is that he is not to enthusistic to watch it. At least not as viewing Baby Noe or Mac Donald at the Farm. At this time he is all about animals. Nevertheless the part about OLD MACDONALD is something he asks for when I start the video.
I put the dvd it when he is playing with puzzles and from time in time he looks to the screen and see the notes and even sings DDDDD.... EEEEE....  So I am sure it is getting to him.

Very good pruduct.
Thanks

Hi KL and the management of Brillkids

Could any please help me? I purchased coupon for Trebellina a few days ago, went to their website and tried to use it. The message was the coupon was expired.

Could you please explain where I went wrong please? if it was really expired and I was issued with the code by a mistake, could you please credit back my points then? Thanks.

Hello hafam,

I had the same experience. I emailed Trebillina and Annette has been wonderful at assisting me.

Simply send an email explaining your problem to customerservice@trebellina.com.

Enjoy learning languages,

Mum.

Thanks Mum

I have dropped an email to Trebellina via the same address you have given me for 2-3 days and have not heard back from them since then. How fast did they reply you please?

Hi Hafam,

I received a reply the day after I sent the email.

Annette advised she would be on vacation until Friday, so if you have not received a reply by the end of next Monday just send another email to the same address and attention it to Annette.

Mum.

One more thing, I find it difficult for a baby to learn how to count the rhythms with Jazz music. For me, it was o.k. because I played piano for long time. But I prefer simple classical music for that.

Also they could create some menu that we can go directly to learn musical notes hitting piano section only. So, if baby gets bored with some representation (for example, toys moving like in babyeinstein dvd), at least we can have option to play musical notes hitting piano with pitch training section only.

Hi all

Just want to update you on Trebellina discount coupon.

It turned out they have added my coupon code to their discount codes before Annette came back to me. So I have bought the DVD. Can't wait to receive and play it.

Annette came back and explained to me that all coupons on brillkids forum were expired 1 June 09. somehow brillkids has not removed it so we still can buy from brillkids forum. So Trebellina company just honours the coupons but they have to add individual discount codes one by one. It sounds a painful process.

On your top menu, go to the "Play animated clips" and for the most part it will only play the musical learning section of the video.  We use this option about half the time, my little one still likes the percussion instrument section a lot (and so do I) so we don't always skip it.

Thank you for all the great information regarding this product.  The fact that Brillkids also supports this learning tool through its links and points program is also influential in our decision to purchase the product.  It certainly will also make me take a closer look at the other products Brillkids endorses.

Thanks again.
