Hi Mirra and Vanni,
Think I was not clear in my post,I am currently in Singapore hence have more exposure to materials here as Chinese have quiet a no of materials.Japan ,Singapore, and Malaysia are the among the countries which have more parents practising rightbrain training than other countries, may be because of exposure to shichida and other centers in this region.
ESP is rather like guessing game. Some simple ways to do , initially you could hide a small object in one of your hand and ask your child to guess which hand it is in.
Can play ESP with matching memory cards,You need to have set of 2 similar cards .One set of card to lie on the floor turned upside down in a group of cards and you can ask your child to guess which is the matching card .You can initially start with set of 4 cards and gradually increase.
Linking memory - The children need to associate the pictures with a linking silly story.
You can download a sample of linking memory here:(need to sign in to view first)
http://sgparenting.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=77 Rightbrainkids also have a linking memory set.Memory Magic has a CDROM called Silly Story for linking memory exercises.
Tweedlewink overview course will explain you how to start lessons for your child,Rightbrain training ,how to make your own materials, etc tand a lot more he usage of DVDs is only a small percentage in the course .And more is they give you good support.
Don't think shichida teaches more elaborately to parents.
For shichida / right brain training you could use all those small toys from your child's toy box creatively. But I make sure I don't use the same materials for different activities atleast for next few weeks.
You can also google for shichida , there are quiet a no of blogs written by shichida parents to give idea regarding home practice.
And I would recommend Kumon books for practice, some of their activities in books are similar to shichida worksheets.
http://www.kumonbooks.com/home/index.aspxYou can order them thru Amazon as not sure whether available in India.
Hope this helps a bit.
