Hi all,

Want to ask all dear moms about the level of BP in pregnancy.
 
My BP level is normally at 90/70 or 100/70 after pregnancy. At sometimes it goes to 85/65 too. I don't know why this happens and i feel very tired most of the times.

What is the right level of BP in pregnancy? Can anyone give an idea how i can overcome the tiredness??

Currently im in my 29th week, i do eat well (eating fruits makes me feel vomiting    ), but can drink fresh fruit juices, also i drink Ribena too.. 

Any idea would help and wish to hear from you all soon!!!!

I had the same problem in my first trimester with bleeding. If you are not seeing any bleeding, you actually don't have to worry as the placenta will move up within days. It has happened to me. My doctor advised me to place pillow under my legs to keep legs up when resting and sleeping. I did it and it helped me. I think this would help you too.

I agree with you, but i did announce it when i was 8 weeks.But then i started to spot and was so sad that a miscarriage might happen. Thank god that I'm ok now.

Interesting piece of information. I am a working mother and, i walk to office as this is the most simple way of exercise. I've heard from many of you and from friends who got pregnant that walking is good and best when near due date. I think fitness extremely counts when giving birth.

n your job are you seeing clients or customers a lot or are you in an office away from the public?  I ask this because if you need to sit at a desk for long periods of time and you're not in the public eye you may be able to replace your chair with a fitball some of the time.

I work away from the public most of the time. Now I'm using a little cushion to rest my back while in chair, hope that the pain will go soon. But the thing is that the buttock pain remains though i feel lesser pain in my lower back. At night now I'm using a small pillow between my legs  and it helps a lot.
