its really good and helpful. get lots of information about growing baby and changes on mom. but in that news feed same old thing always. no change. if that one update that will be really good .

 Tomorrow is the last day of this academic year so that i can take rest. holiday from office that's really good news. All these days i spent in class rooms with others kids. now waiting to see my own one can;t wait  to see my little love.

thanks  all for your good advice. i want take rest but its really difficult to lay on the bed or even sit in a chair more than 20 or 30 min. i want walk even but cant go alone now cox of light headed. so what should i do for that.

 Its time to get ready to welcome my newborn. can you help me to get ready to welcome my first baby? what i can do and what i should  not do? almost everything need for the baby in hospital packed now. so whats my next step?????

 I'm almost 34 weeks now. i want give natural birth u said that u know some book that give information on birth . can u seen name of some good book that i can get information on this.

when i take milical without R B.tone. i didn't notice these difficulties.  at that time only bad taste.  and i'm also taking medicine just before the bed.  doctor did not give me multivitamin.

I'm almost 32 weeks now. when i start take Ca (R. B.tone) and Fe(milical) i feel tired, heart burn, constipation, vomiting also gastric problem. when i talk my doctor regarding this she gave me zintac still no change. is there any way that i can solve these problems other than stop to take medicine.

when i check my weigh yesterday,  its now 60.9 kg. withing one month gain around 3 kg.........

Is there any one due on November? my due date is Nov 21st....
