For those of you who required Microsoft .NET Framework, were you able to download and install it easily?

Hi Ria, I loved hearing about how you teach your little ones to appreciate music from an early age. 

I must admit, I went through the same process and I remember how my parents enrolled me in music classes.  By three years of age, I could play the flute (the fife, not the recorder) and that was just the beginning of how music enriched my life.  To date, I've picked up how to play a couple of other instruments and it has never ceased to amaze me how music has made my life better.

I think that what you're giving your children is a gift, and music - along with reading and mathematics - is a fantastic lesson subject.

Very cool to have a Mac user on board.  It's just a little unfortunate that the program won't work on Macs for now, but if we do get enough Mac users on board then hopefully in the future we can get around to developing something specifically for Mac users too!

I'll also look into the possibility of creating some PowerPoint files for Mac users too, so at least you and your little one can have something to play with during teaching time!

I'm very happy to hear that you're interested in teaching Isabella (lovely name by the way) English, and I'm so sure we can help with that!  Teaching her Spanish words won't be a problem too, because Little Reader can support any language you want, you can just record your voice while pronouncing the words for her in your language and play the flash cards!

What about flash cards that show the different months in a year?  Or how about flash cards that show the names of the food we eat?

I hope you'll be able to tell us what kind of flash cards you want... who knows, we might just make a download for exactly what you're looking for!  :pray:

I can understand how it can be a little difficult to be far away from family (my family lives in a different country altogether!) but I'm sure your new adventures as a housewife and Will's first teacher will fill your days with enough fun and entertainment to keep you busy!   :whistle:

The most important thing in bug testing is to try to repeat the bug.  Try closing the application and restarting Little Reader, and see if the bugs you encounter are still there.   

In some cases, the problem disappears after you restart the program or even your computer.  But nevertheless, we'd still like to know about the issues, so we hope you can report them to us as clearly as you can.

If you'd like to report an error or a bug, please use the format below:

Error description:
A short summary of the error, and just in case you get an error message, please copy and paste the error code.  You can find the code on the error message as shown below:



And if it's a bit hard to describe, you can also choose to just send us a screenshot of the error message*

How the error happened:
Preferably give us a step-by-step walkthrough so we can reproduce the bug and find out what's causing it.

• - Tell what OS you're using (Windows 98, 2000, XP, or Vista)
• - Your computer processor (if you know it)

What internet browser are you using?
 - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari

Internet connection type:

2. Open a new Microsoft Word document.
3. Right click on your mouse, and select 'PASTE'
4. Save the file to your computer.
