my software details shows below... could you help me to check if I have got the latest curriculum both English and Chinese? The English shows ver 4 and the Chinese shows ver 3. I believe Chinese is outdated version but I am not sure of the English curriculum.  

I would like to update the latest curriculum version asap .... Where can I find the latest curriculum downloading page?

Dear Keiza, please hold on for a while... I am now restoring the data from my old laptop to my new laptop.. hopefully the chinese font problem can be solve.. Will make a new query to avoid confusion  if the problem still persist. Thanks very much

2) I have a second question need your advise.. I just got another laptop and I have downloaded the latest version of little reader from the web.  Can I restore the data that I have saved from my old laptop and load it into this new laptop? Will the Chinese font matters resolved when these files are load into the new laptop with the latest version?

I have checked that the version for chinese Little Reader is ver 3, downloaded 2011  ( dowloaded in 2011) ...

Kezia, i have created many categories of my own these few years and i do not want to lose them. Can you point out to me how to back up all those that i have created before i download the latest version.

To rectify my chinese charaters problem.. i went to search in the control panel.. and  found "Language"... please see attached file of the printshot.. and kindly advise what should i do next.

Dear support, could you kindly send me the link to download the latest version for little reader? I have problem with the chinese characters , theres not much choice for chinese fonts in my current system, not sure if its because of the old version of my reader.

I couldn't find the CNS common fonts that were shown in your screen shot... those 4 chinese fonts are what i am looking for... previously last year i saw these fonts but now i cant find them    also, i don't see the cursive kind also....   you refer to my screenshot attachment...

Help pls.  I have tried your suggestion to install from

After restarting the program, the same problem (video not playing)  still exist. Could you advise me how to proceed?

Another problem besides the video not playing, is I have a problem in uploading photo into LR.
The error message is " LR cannot support images with dimensions above 2500x2500 px"..  but previously I have no problem in uploading photos taken from my handphone (photo size: 2.73MB)   

Kindly advise.
