we both have the same problem.. but on my case.. i cant do alot of exercise .. as i had my c section just as 4 months ago.. so .. what i am doing .. just lessen those fatty foods, and cholesterol.. and i drink lots of water before i eat.. and prayers hahaha..

 

 this day, a friend of mine told me to look for some dolphin music and tunes at youtube and let it be heard by my baby.. as she said it will nourish my babies brain and stimulate as well.. i was wondering why and how it will help my son's brain activity when he is at his best bed time moment... ?? somehow, it ifs for my son's welfare i will search for whatever it needs... but being a mom i wanted still to gather facts .. for my satisfaction and peace of mind.. i hope people here can share their thoughts with me.. thank you

hi there.. being a new mom i need suggestions on how will i nourish my 3 months old son, the right nutrients for his brain developments and some software  where i can teach him and how effective is it ? is there a mom here who can advice me a step by step procedures .. if it will work out for my son at this very young age, to learn and grasp knowledge on flash cards? and what is the best suitable time or hour to teach him.? i may not be the best mom .. but im trying hard....to be...
