why don't you turn the captioning on it helps my girls. Some time when they hear a new word they see it on the screen too believe me it helps and it costs nothing. The kids just get use to seeing words everywhere and one day they will surprise you...

Hey guys I need some advise here: My toddler was doing very well until I started her Montessori . She does not like getting up in the morning and she has become a very fussy eater and every thing is a mess also I am in school so it is making a lot of problem. She had started to read some words but she does not want to even look at them It seems like she has a mind made up or she thinks that I am a terrible mommy for putting her away from me. She has become very close to her dad than me it almost feels like a part of me is missing........

It is unfair to test them, please don't just enjoy teaching without any returns. One thing is for sure that every drop in the ocean counts. Your baby will surprise you ,just remember there will be light at the end of the tunnel please don't push it. This will give negative energy which can throw them off for a very long time . This is my personal experience that I am sharing with you the rest is up to you..

To Havenly haven, I am also A single mom of two girls. I know that it is very hard sometimes but keep your self motivated because your baby is number 1 and both of you can have a wonderful relationship. Also enjoy the moments and take a lot of pictures of both of you together and display them. She is very little and she will always see you that you are a strong mama and very special just like how you feel about her.... Take care
