I want to thank Hellene for her wonderful support love and dedication . my 3 years old did it all the time without me asking her . We will lay down to read books , she will take the book from me and announce : Now my turn mama to read , she would not read but look at the pictures and come up with her story but she was so fluent you would think she is reading the text . At some point i got frustrated because our reading time was more her reading for me ""her way , story telling by looking at the pictures "" and not letting me read .
she never read bob books or phonic readers the way they are supposed to be read , Sam sat , sam sat on a mat ... she will go like this : one nice sunny morning sam sat on a mat and felt very hot  blablabla

We are advancing nicely in french , my daughter can read fluently chapter books now , which gave me the courage to start a third language : spanish , i don't have much yet but I am working on that . Anyway this is a video of my daughter reading in french ;

i second reading a-z recommendation , you can print out the books . i like the mots frequents folder , it teaches lots of vocabulary on various subjects , my kids love to color those small books while learning french . then you can progress into leveled readers and htose you can have them in both english and french , same stories that my kids read in english as toddlers . i  still use a dictionary myself , i am lookin now for a good one from the apple store , easier to look up words than physical dictionary .

My boy doesn't use just two fingers to grip . He uses his tall finger too . I see many grown up doing this . When I correct him he drops the pencil , he cannot hold I firm grip with just two fingers , he is 4.5

well i am the one under the rock here my husband keeps telling me , you have to listen to the news and elarn what is happening in the wolrd . i am so busy at home , my brain spins all the time with all needed to be done thank God you are alright keri , i was thinking of you lately , couldn't get on brillkids so i didn't read posts , was wondering how are you doing and princess Alex .
I too have good collection of audio but no where near what you got . I recently got tthe Shakespeare collection on sale just because my tina is in love with Shakespeare , i have audio but most still on cds and i have to work on putting them in my itune library then it will be easy to share .oh my tina loves audio , after an hour of before bed reading together she won't sleep unless i put for her an audio book to listen to . I am sad that my little boy is not hooked to audio like his sister , the thing is i don't have much for the early age so probably those will get him hooked

in one fo your posts you mentions GCSC for Alex , would you consider an english online schooling or American ?? and why ??
