I think I liked it better to publish new links in this thread unless there are advantages of the word doc that I am missing out?

Also, can I maybe suggest very friendly  that all the "thank you" posts without any further content are sent privately instead of making this thread bigger and bigger? Just a suggestion, everbody can decide for themselves!
