Below is an interactive way to learn the vocabulary of the Qur'an. With an excerpt from the site:
The main focus of this site is to help you learn and understand the Arabic of the Holy Qur'an.
Select a Unit from the “Select Unit” pane and try to guess the meaning of the Arabic word from the four choices. While choosing the meaning of the Arabic word you can view a verse from the Qur’an that contains this word by clicking the “Show Example” button on the “Word Help” pane. While viewing the example verse you can listen to the recitation of the verse and see both the word-per-word and meaning translation of the verse.
You can also view all the words in a unit and their meanings by clicking the “Show Wordlist” button on the “Word Help” pane.
