Which Arabic DVDs do you use?

Assalamu Alaykum,

I am about purchasing this program: it is called "Little Thinkers", there are other ones but they seemed too cartoon-ish IMO.

So here is the first program (the only problem is they have some songs in colloquial Arabic (Shami), but I can just skip those):

The second is called "Tareq wa Shireen". It is a CARTOON, but the quality of the language is pretty good. I'll save it maybe for later:

The last one is the "Arabian Sinbad". The language quality is also excellent. The problem here is the graphics, they are way off, I don't think they are made for little children (have you ever seen a lion with a rectangullar head???). I don't think I'll get this

wa 'alaikum as salaam,

We have the Arabian Sinbad that my children enjoy.  I can play the DVDs on my laptop, but not in an American DVD player.  I like the choice of Arabic or English subtitles that helps with learning.

And I am unfamiliar with the other DVD titles.  Although we do have Little Pim Arabic, which the girls enjoy also:

JAK Sister for your reply. I think Arabian Sinbad may suit preschoolers but certainly not babies or toddlers (if you want to show them "Doman-friendly" material.

I wanted to purchase Little Pim Arabic as my son enjoys this series in other languages but I noticed a few grammar mistakes. So I called the customer service some time ago. The operator said they will review it and make a 100% Arabic version without transliteration. That would be an excellent program.

There are Arabic cartoons online also that you can google to find age appropriate shows.

I intended to create a WFW translation of the Little Pim Arabic script (that is online) and never got around to it because I am focusing on creating hands-on-learning materials for my children to aid in their understanding as they memorize Qur'aan, bi ithni Allah.

I agree that the transliteration on Little Pim is a drawback, and I hope they will give the option showing subtitles for either the Arabic script, English translation or transliteration.

I agree that adding those feature would attract a wider audience.

I love the way you teach your little treasures. May Allah bless them. Translating the whole series is a real challenge! Obviously, teaching Qur'an is the priority, so you made the right choice And what about the Noorani lessons? I am so keen to help you! How are the LR files that you've been doing? Can I join you and make a team? (since you have the permission) I am about buying the book you recommended but without the CDs as I have an excellent iPhone app called "Easy Quran". It is much cheaper than the CDs:  $6.99 only. Plus, my toddler enjoys tapping on the screen and listening to the pronunciation again and again.
