Hi there. I redeemed 4000 points towards the little math basic package for 25%, so i could purchase with the 10% christmas discount before it expires today. However when i tried to input the coupon code, it doesnt allow me to use it. Please help urgently as the christmas bonus expires today!

Hi Aetchelle! I believe you've already placed your order with your coupon applied, but just in case others encounter a similar problem:

Please note that the redeemable coupons can only be used on the product that matches the coupon name.

For example, if your coupon is named "DISCOUNT COUPON: Little Math Basic" please make sure that in your BrillKids Shop cart, you added the product named "Little Math Basic" too  (and NOT "Math Curriculum for Little Math" or "Little Math PRO Key" because those are different products).
