May I please ask why BrillKids users in Australia are no longer able to benefit from any of your promotions.

I have been holding off on a purchase and hoping for a sale announcement, like most of us probably do with almost all of the dollars we part with at present, and was excited about your announcement until reading that you have excluded Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand.

We're sorry about the exclusion, as our Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand partners follow a different promotional calendar. They offer promotions from time to time which is not available in any of our other country partners.

However, that's not to say they are not accommodating! In fact, I would greatly recommend that you contact them directly to inquire about any sales they might have - they will be more than happy to help you out with whatever you need!
