the BrillKids main office will be closed from the 3rd to 8th of April 2015 (Friday to Wednesday) due to public holidays this Easter.
This means that from April 3 to 8, 2015 : 
• We won't be able to answer your questions or support requests
• Box sets for orders placed from the evening of April 2 (Thursday) until April 8 (Wednesday) will not be processed for delivery immediately
• All download-only orders (including downloadable files for box set orders) will still be available in your BrillKids Account as soon as you finish checking out
