Important Notice: The BrillKids office will be closed for the holidays from December 24-26, 2018 and from December 31, 2018 to January 1, 2019.
(Please note that we are normally closed on weekends.)
As most of our team members will be on leave during the holidays, there may be some delays in processing shipping and support requests:
• Support requests will be addressed within 5-7 working days.
• Box set orders placed from Dec. 21, 2018 to Jan. 1, 2019 will be shipped out starting from Jan. 2, 2019.
• All download-only orders (including downloadable files for box set orders) will still be available for use in your BrillKids Account immediately after checking out at the BrillKids Shop.
We will resume regular support and shipping operations once our office re-opens on January 2, 2019 (Wednesday). If you bought box sets, we'll send you a delivery tracking email as soon as we send out your package.
