Little Reader Curricula on your iPad or iPhone - now possible with iAccess!

Thanks so much Kezia, we are up and running! Woohoo!! Unbelievable how this wonderful little thing is going to make EL sooo do-able. Any way to have the curriculum presented as daily lessons as in the PC version?

It IS presented as DAILY LESSONS in addition to as CATEGORIES.

Tap on Courses at the top, then tap on the Courses name.  Hmm, I think we need to make it more obvious it can be tapped!

KL the issue is it isn't there immediately after you download the course, you actually need to access it from the downloads section first and open it. Then next time you open LR app it will be ready to go under courses.
The content is immediately available as folders of categories but you need to Open the file under downloads to get the course as day by day. Once it's been opened it's all obvious what to press

Hi Viv, does the "there are no items to display" message appear as soon as the download starts, or do you get to about 25 / 50 / 75% downloaded before you get the message? Also, where do you see this message, is it in Download Lessons > Downloads?

Kindly try the download again while using a faster WiFi connection, and if the file you were downloading disappears from the Download Lessons > Downloads screen again, go back to "Courses" and re-download.

Unfortunately you may need to keep re-downloading from Courses depending on how slow the connection is. The good news is that LRT does resume a pending download whenever the process gets interrupted, so hopefully it won't take too much of your time

Hi MIP1999, right now iAccess will only let you download your purchased LR (PC) course(s) in Little Reader Touch. This means if you bought LR English and Chinese, you can access both courses in LRT after you enable iAccess.

KL, like Mandabplus3 says, was actually obvious once I went into the app first time after downloading and opening. Brilliant. Love it. So easy to hook it up to the big TV now with the Apple TV out lead and have massive LR in your face! Can't wait to have iAccess with Little Maths, will make it so much easier for my LO to keep focus on the quantity icons

Hi all,
I purchased i-Access, I have the order number, however I can't seem to find it, or download it anywhere, the receipt stated that there was a technical fault. Can anyone help me please.
I'm eager to download the entir LR on my iPad.

At the moment, no - what iAccess does is it enables you to see whatever licensed BrillKids curriculum you have for Little Reader PC on your Little Reader Touch.
(This is why people who don't have a licensed curriculum for Little Reader  won't have anything new to see.)

So if you have a license for Little Reader English (US or UK), you will be able to see it on your LRT if you have iAccess and download the full curriculum. This will eventually be available for all of you licensed users of the Chinese content pack for Little Reader, both for Simplified and Traditional.

Eventually, we hope for LRT to enable users to sync their own customized content to their mobile devices, but not possible as of the moment. I suppose this is part of the reason why LRT is a companion product to LR on the PC, and not a replacement.

And as for the Cantonese audio for the Chinese pack, unfortunately this isn't very high on our development list, although it's something we would want to get into. The priority to produce a Cantonese audio pack in comparison to the need for other major languages is much lower, so we will definitely be finishing the other language content pack first before revisiting the Chinese curriculum to produce it in Cantonese.

I checked your account and everything is sorted - you now have iAccess active.

***NOTE ON STEP 4: Make sure you're signed in to your BrillKids Account since that's the account which has the Little Reader license key and iAccess tied to it!
