use a good WiFi connection. You can check the download and import progress of the file in Download Lessons > Downloads.
2. If you see that the download appears to have hanged, the progress bar is frozen, or if the bar is stuck at "waiting," please
restart Little Reader Touch and the download(s) will resume after that:

If the file you were downloading disappeared from Download Lessons > Downloads while in the middle of downloading or after restarting the app, go back to Courses and re-download the file. LRT will resume the download from the last point it was in before.
4. Once the download is finished, tap the OPEN button for the course you downloaded to open it in LRT's Lesson Library. Alternatively, go Lesson Library > Courses then tap the "English (US) Curriculum Trial" label at the top of the screen, and a pop-up menu will appear containing a list of courses currently installed in your device.
In case you haven't seen them yet, LRT now has additional settings for Autoforward, Show/Hide Pointer, and an option to "tap" the screen to advance through slides during playback. You may change these settings by tapping the cog wheel button in LRT's Home screen or at the bottom of the Lesson Library (in iPhone / iPod Touch, you need to tap the rectangle with an arrow inside it to toggle the menu bar).

However, if you don't have Little Reader (PC) yet, you can redeem a coupon for that so you can buy one, and after you get iAccess you'll be able to access the curriculum you bought in Little Reader Touch.

If you have the little reader app on an iPad and an iPhone I can't see why you wouldn't be able to access the course on both, it is app content after all.

Could anyone tell me if it will sync the course content to my iPhone, when I plug it into iTunes? Or am I the guneapig on this one? I have all my apps on auto sync, I may have to turn it off auto or make some room on my iPhone

Yes, you can access your courses in your iPhone and iPad (where you've installed LRT). At the moment, the syncing for downloaded courses / categories isn't automatic, but you can do it by using LRT's
Restore Downloads function:
> After / While downloading your course files in iPad / iPhone, go to Download Lessons > Downloads and tap "Restore Downloads" at the top of the screen. This opens the Downloads History page.
> Go to the "On BrillKids Account" (iPad) or "Account" (iPhone) section, and check if the course files(s) you downloaded are listed there.
> In your other device, open LRT and go to Download Lessons > Downloads > Restore Downloads, sign in to the same BrillKids Account you used in the first device, and you should be able to restore the courses from the "Account" section. You can do this after you finish the download on the first device, or you can download on both devices simultaneously (you may need to consider your connection speed for this).
Right now you can install LRT and restore your downloaded courses in your iPad and your iPhone, or two iPads, etc. Just make sure that for every device you install LRT in, sign in to just ONE BrillKids Account (i.e., the account where your purchased curriculum and iAccess are stored) and you'll be able to restore your downloads from one device into another device.

A few hours after purchasing I-Access though I still have a "waiting" message having clicked install for semester 1? Any ideas?
Kindly try restarting Little Reader Touch and see if the download resumes. In case the Semester 1 file is missing from the "Downloads" screen after restarting, try re-downloading from the "Courses" screen.
You may need to keep doing this if it keeps hanging at "Waiting." Do make sure that your connection is stable, or try using a faster WiFi connection.
If you're having slow or unstable performance on LRT and your other apps too, restarting your device may help:
