Little Reader Curricula on your iPad or iPhone - now possible with iAccess!

Hi, I'm still having a problem on little reader on ipad. When i try to run it on picture flash no images appears, sometimes when i go to lesson on wordflash and multisensory mode no sounds at all and no video clips. I have downloaded and updated it but still my problem were not solve. I have tried to re-start the little reader apps as well as the ipad device but the problem still there. Can somebody help to solve this? Thank you.

It'd be best to write into Support with tech support questions, but in the meantime, can you tell us whether this happens with the pre-installed categories that come with the app too, or only the course lessons?

Hi, it happens only with the course lessons but when the time i tried the trial version of the course its fine, no problem at all but this time when i activated the iaccess to run the full license these problems occured.

Haha thanks for the affirmation! We're definitely planning on getting our other programs (Little Math and Little Musician) on the iPad as well, but I don't see this coming out anytime soon. Do stay tuned though!

How long should semester 2 take to install? It downloaded fast, but it has been 4 hours and it is only 30% installed. Is this normal? Note I didn't install semester 1 and don't wish to as we are past it. I have the 32g iPad and am using wi-fi.

Hi Khatty, looks like Little Reader Touch hanged during the content import process. Please try restarting the app and the download/import process should resume from where it was last time (at 30% installed).

It should work fine even if you choose to install only Semester 2

Hi Lemon Earth,

We're sorry - but although we do plan on creating iOS apps for Little Math and Little Musician, other projects will be taking priority when it comes to development (Little Reader updates, a new Little Math for the PC, etc.) and we have not even started programming our planned apps for LMs and LMh so it will take a long while before we release anything on the iOS for those two programs.

Hi, I downloaded the new iOS for ipad & since then I've noticed that the pointer doesn't keep up with the voice over, actually it doesn't start until about half way through... anyone else having that problem or is it just me?

Haha, naughty Apple - they've broken our app! (Or at least they made the pointer out of sync with iOS6!) 

Just letting everyone know that at the moment - and we updated our Little Reader Touch page at the iTunes store to reflect this - iOS6 has created issues with our app. The known issues are:

- Pointer Sync: The pointer moves at a slower pace compared to the pronunciation, to it doesn't sync

- Auto-Forward: This is related to the pointer sync; the slide is waiting for the pointer, but the pointer isn't coming out, so the slide sort of gets "stuck"

To remedy these issues, we will need to reprogram the current app to be compatible with iOS6, which we are currently doing. Unfortunately this will take us a few days to finish.

Here are a few things you can do:

- Go to settings, and turn Autoforward off. You will need to go through lessons by swiping.
- Turn the Pointer off.
- Don't upgrade to iOS6 yet when you can. ^_^

We apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured that we have our team working on these issues. Once the app is done and tested to work with iOS6, we will release an update which will notify all LRT app users when they open the app to update to the latest version. Your clients will automatically be informed of this when they open LRT.

Hello, what is the status on fixing the current ipad problem?? I purchased Brillkids to use with my child thinking the app/ LR software would be fully functioning and that I could allow her to watch it while in the car and mobile. My daughter lovers Brillkids but she is getting frustrated the app when it does not work properly. Please help or refund us our money.
