Hello everyone!
This has been up and running for a few days now, but I just wanted everyone to know that we now have a completely new BrillKids Support section at
http://support.brillkids.com/THE NEW AND IMPROVED BRILLKIDS SUPPORT SITEThis support site now enables you to do a few fantastic things which will help us provide you with the help you need faster and more conveniently!
Sign in to your BrillKids account on the support site and see the tickets you submitted! This will help you easily go back to the history of your issue, and you'll see all the attachments you submitted along with all the solutions provided for you.
You'll never have to dig up your emails again! As for the members who have had trouble in the past with not receiving our emails, if you submitted a support ticket, you can just as easily sign in to the support site and check if there's a resolution to your issue.
And those of you who like replying to your support tickets via email - not to worry - each time you reply by email, the support tickets get updated so you can still see your history.
The Easy-Access Support Tab (on the right side) across all of our websitesOur BrillKids and BrillBaby websites now have an orange tab on the right side which you can click to easily access our contact form! This will help those of you who have questions about the website and our products contact us in a more convenient way, without ever having to leave your page.
Support Just Got PersonalYou can now see who is answering your support ticket, so responses are more personal! It's always better to talk to your support person when you know his/her name, so this will feel like you're just PMing us!
Chat with an AgentWhen our agents are online, you now have an option to initiate a Chat session with us, so we can respond to you faster and more conveniently. After the chat sessions are done, the history is automatically logged into your support profile as a ticket, so you can just as easily go back to your support tickets and see a record of what was said in the Chat history.
I hope all of these new features will help us to make each and every BrillKids member (and non-members of course) happier with the service we provide.
