We're having a challenging day here are BrillKids. After migrating our websites and services to a new host, we are now experiencing serious issues with our sites' uptime. This major outage is expected to last for around 24 hours, at which point we will be working as best we can to restore some connectivity. Full functionality is expected to be restored at approximately 12:00AM on July 5, 2012 EDT.
At this time, you may experience trouble with activating license keys (because our servers are down), accessing the BrillKids websites and Forum, going through the Online Store, and visiting your BrillKids Account pages.
We're still online at
http://support.brillkids.com/ in case you would like to reach us. We're open to entertaining your support inquiries through this channel, so please feel free to contact us. Do note, however, that for issues related to our websites and license key activation, these will only be resolved once we're able to get our sites 100% up again in 24 hours.
Just as a heads up, some of the services which will be unavailable are:
- BrillKids Online Store
- Account Management features (updating profiles, emails, passwords)
- Some Activation attempts will not be successful
