@Kreena: Okay, then you can just proceed with importing your backed-up file. A pop-up will appear asking if you want to import your file -- click on YES, and in the next window click on the link labeled "Show Advanced Options"

Three advanced import options will be displayed, and for each you may select how you want LR to resolve any conflicts. I suggest you pick these options:

• Course/Playlist/Category name conflict -- "Combine"
• Word file name conflict -- "Combine"
• Media file name conflict -- "Replace if same size, otherwise Rename"

Click YES to start importing (note that the import time will vary depending on the amount of files in your backup).

@zaku: I checked your Account and noticed that you've acquired your key a long time ago, and as mentioned in our announcement, it will not work well in Little Reader 2.0. We have already provided you with a new license key which you may download or copy-paste from your Account Management page, kindly have a look and try using that one.

I have downloaded the new licence key and tried to activate it but still i am getting an error massage saying that the licence key already exists please enter a new licence key and try again

I downloaded LR 2.0, and the download went smooth, but when I was showing  my daughter lesson the part E. Storytime didn't have any word content for playback.

We just found that there was something wrong with the content files which were previously uploaded - the solution to this is to re-download the content files. We are currently uploading the new file now, but however due to file size it may take a long while. If you like, you can get on our chat page again and let me know if I can TeamViewer your PC to fix it manually.

As Lappy mentioned we have fixed the problem you pointed out (missing Story Time) along with the one zaku posted
Please try re-downloading and importing the newer file (only US Semester 2) and it should have been fixed

I'm unable to install LR content. I have downloaded the content files twice (fully) and first it gave me the "media files missing" error, and after reinstalling the entire program and content, it no longer lets me import the content at all. It says "unable to import the content file".

We miss LR!
