Dear parents, members of BrillKids international community, friends and supporters,
On behalf of Early Education for Every Child Foundation we wish you a Happy New Year!
2012 was a great year and it is our hope that in the years following we will be able to bring the gift of literacy to many more countries and communities with your help!
In 2012 approximately 10 000 children worldwide were reached either through individual sponsorships or through sponsorships to NGOs, schools and community centers working with children from underprivileged families or orphans. EEEC Foundation extended grants of BrillKids learning programs to children in 23 countries since beginning of our operation in may 2011
In North America, partnerships included public and private elementary schools, preschools, government sponsored social service organizations, special needs groups, and other community outreach organizations.
Approximately 2 500 Individual Little Reader license keys to date have been distributed for home use through various schools and organizations to reach at-risk children in USA
We've collaborated with WIC and other social service agencies, BrillKids programs were also implemented in classrooms, school computer labs, and community centers with an estimated on-going use there by 400-500 children.
An additional 8,000 children will be reached through community outreach projects over the course of the next few months.
We wanted to thank all the volunteers, who contributed their time to making these programs possible.
We also looking with excitement to what 2013 will bring to all of us, and are positive that most significant changes and impact we will be able to make on communities worldwide would come as a result of your help and participation!
We all, members of BrillKids community, discovered an amazing potential of early education and we can give back by sharing these opportunities with those less privileged in our own countries.
Happy 2013!
Your Early Education for Every Child Foundation Team
