I wonder if my son picked up my dislike of math and that's why he doesn't enjoy the "math game" we play.
I pretend to like it. Really, I do!!
Hahaha... I wonder the same thing with my daughter! I think they are able to see through our disguise of liking it quite easily!
But the Doman books suggest that a child is capable of picking up on our feelings...if we're not "into" doing cards on one day, it's better to not do them at all, according to GD.
Still, though, I can't just suddenly love math and I still want to teach it...
