I'm on a project of downloading some good nursery rhymes in youtube.  I've tried the free online flv converter http://vixy.net/ but somehow it has downloaded but no sound. 

I'm not so techy, but I'm willing to explore stuffs.  Could any of you happen to know any stuff like these??? Need help again.

if you want download from youtube then you can have youtube downloader ar internet download manager can also get files.

always search for gnu software for free softwares

Hi Paps

You can also use a program called "YouTube Downloader" that is totally free from this site:  http://youtubedownload.altervista.org/.     It's also just 2.96 MB in size.

I've been using this software for over a year now and I love it.  yes   It's very easy to use and it downloads the file directly to your PC.  After that you also have the option to convert the file to any format you like.  I personally don't convert it, as the downloaded file can play on my PC without me needing to change it!

Have you ever tried vdownloader? if not, try to download it to your pc www.superdownloads.com find vdownloader and try it. It functions with my videos.

I used Youtube downloader quite some time ago.  Recently when I start to use it again, it gives me a “No flash video found” message.  Does anyone encounter this problem?  Can someone let me know how to fix it?  Thanks in advance.

In order to download youtube videos  I also user Internet IDM (Internet Download Manager). I user a software called FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod Converter. As the name of the software suggests, it could convert FLV videos number of file formats including AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod. I hope this helps
