To start off, please create a Category first in your Little Reader's Play & Edit > Categories screen. The "Category" is like a container or folder for the new word slides that you'll be adding. Once you have a Category, you can start adding words to it.

https://support.brillkids.com/hc/en-us/articles/204596204By the way, in case you'd like to make your own Filipino and Scots Gaelic versions of the categories from your English Curriculum, you can make duplicates of the English Categories (and the words inside each category) through the "Save as" function. Just right-click on the category you want to duplicate, choose "Save as new category." In the pop-up window, check the box for "Copy words too," type in a label/file name for your duplicated category and words, then press Save. (Please refer to attached screenshot)
Once you've duplicated the categories, you may then start editing the duplicates to replace the words and recordings with your own. You can replace the photos and videos too, but if you want to use the same photos and videos from the English Curriculum for your translated categories, you can skip changing photos and videos.
