Basically, we will be looking to you all to agree amongst yourselves (at least get majority opinion as opinions will often not be 100% the same) and finalize each topic for us.
This may be simply in the forum thread - for example, the topic and all BOI, POI etc. can be put on the first post, and the thread starter (the one in charge of the topic) or any moderator can keep on editing/revising that first post as it gets finalized.
If you guys are sourcing media files too, then you can attach them to your post for review by others, and one person can be in charge of collating all files into a zip file and attaching it to the first post when finished.
That's just a suggestion. Feel free to modify as you see fit.
