There are a few places where you can sign in, so please let us know which one isn't working for you:
> Settings screen (from the app's home screen, tap the Settings / cog button)
> Download Lessons screen
> BrillKids Community screen
In the meantime, if you're having problems in the Settings or Download Lessons screen, try these steps:
1. In the sign in form, delete the email and password entered last time then tap the Refresh button (button with circular arrows on the right side of the "Status" section)
2. Re-enter your email and password, making sure there are no mistakes
3. Tap the Refresh button again
