I would just like to clarify that you can actually create Hindi LR lessons with the actual Hindi words (in the specific font you need), so there is no (or just minimal) need to have "pictures" of your Hindi words in the LR lessons. I haven't tried creating Hindi files myself yet, but in general you simply need to have LR installed in your computer, along with any Hindi fonts you want to use (as I understand for some languages, there are special fonts that you need to use so words appear correctly, like Arabic). Of course if you'd like to use your own pictures or videos, you will also need to prepare those as well.
