I would think French would be a common language to learn. Can we get a FRench category for the Foreign language discussion board?

There is a French category for LR. I created most of the files for it. The boards are for people who want to discuss things in that language not about that language.

We did have a forum board for French, but no one participated, so we closed it.  If 2 or more people ask for it, then we'll open one (same goes for any other language).
